Refund policy

Unfortunately considering all of our products are custom printed we only offer a 24 hour refund policy from the time the order is placed.  The refund must be requested within 24 hours of your initial purchase and there will be a 10% Processing Fee on returned orders over $100.00 to cover our merchant processing fees on our end.

We don't offer any type of returns  or exchanges considering everything is custom printed to our client's specifications.  The only exception would be if the final product came out drastically different from the client's expectations due to mistakes from our production team.  If that is the case we will deal with that on a case by case basis.  If the client is willing to accept for us to redo the order to try and get everything correct and meet their expectations than we will offer that service.  If the client is unhappy with the final product due to their own mistakes or misunderstanding of the product specifications we won't be able to offer any type of return or exchange service.
